Where does my order ship from, and when will it arrive?

Orders ship from China. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 7–15 business days for free U.S. standard shipping. Delivery can take up to 20 business days in some cases; dates are estimates. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Read the shipping policy.

What comes in a tin?

Approx. 50 incense sticks (10 g net weight) and one small white ceramic holder. Each stick is 10.5 cm long and burns for approximately 15 minutes; conditions can affect burn time. Use a separate heat-resistant tray to catch ash.

How are 3 Boxes and the Three-Scent Set different?

1 Box, 2 Boxes and 3 Boxes contain the scent shown on that product page. The Three-Scent Set contains one tin each of Gardenia Mist, Osmanthus Moon and Quiet Woods, with three holders in total.

Can I return it if it is not right for me?

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us before returning anything. Read all return conditions.

What if my order arrives damaged?
