Keep away from children, pets, drafts and flammable objects. Let everything cool before storing. Deep Forest shown. A suitable holder and ash-catching tray are required. Styling props are not included.

Where does my order ship from?

Orders ship from China. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in standard transit. Transit may take up to 20 business days in some cases. Tracking is emailed after dispatch; delivery dates are estimates.

Is U.S. shipping included?

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Rates for other destinations, if available, are shown at checkout. Check the shipping policy for the full terms.

Can I return incense I have tried?

Returns apply to eligible unused items in their original packaging, with accessories. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Used or burned incense is not covered by this unused-item return policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@ziyanglifestyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details. Following verification, the shipping policy provides a replacement at no additional cost. Contact our team before returning an item.
